Koralia should be very good (I had #1 in nano), unless you have lionfish - mine rests on the Seio sometimes.
I have OceanRunner PH 2500 as a return, and usually 2 Seio 620, soft flow.
Now added 2 smaller maxi-jets behind the rock, blasting downward in random (on timer).

Bought 2400 gph Dart return pump, for occassional raising the hell for 10-15 min, but was strongly advised against its use - high risk of flood with novice installation.

Shoot for no less then 30x turnover. So no less then 2700 GPH My most successful tank is at 36x turnover.

On my 90 I've got an OceanRunner 6500 (also feeds 30g frag tank) as my return through a seaswirl, and two tunze 6000s on a multicontroller.

Dendro982 I have not gotten my lion yet. But the tank I plan on putting it in is 36x turnover with lots of caves. Also all of the power heads are on one side of the tank so hr will be able to hang out below them in lower current.

I have two Tunze nanostream 6045s on my 90g and, coupled with the Mag 9.5 return they provide a nice amount of flow. They're on opposite ends of the tank, pointed at each other, and every softy in the tank waves rather briskly in the current. I really like the 6045s - more flow than a Seio 1100 and about 1/4 the size (not to mention much more attractive!)

75 gal tank, 380gph from my return according to headloss calculator, 3x hk2 (1800gph total) and 1 maxijet 900 (230gph) for a total of 2410gph, or 32x tank volume. I still have some dead spots so Im going to add a hk4 and move others around till I get dead areas cleared up.
