Found at the bottom of a tank. Any ideas on what this is?

I found this at the bottom of my buddies frag tank and have absolutely no idea what it is. Certainly alive as I fed it Mysis and it ate. The tissue does retract but I can't find any skeleton. Also has attached to a lot of gravel.

To me it most closely resembled a LPS but I'm not sure. If this is the wrong section I apologize.
