I read on this about some people having problems between fairy wrasses and anthias, I haven't had problems but I have read about a few people having problems of aggression. My Scott's is kind of a bully in my tank so if you want more then one fairy wrasse you might want to get them all at once, they really don't like one another if you try to add them seperately...I tried.

Anthias and fairy wrasses are food competitors. Both stand in the open water and catch every floating food drifting by. As we mostly onle feed 1-3 times a day this can become a competition issue.

All Chirrhilabrus wrasses are totally reefsafe

I was just about to start a thread asking a similar question.

Chirrhilabrus wrasses are completely reef safe meaning they won't go after ANY inverts or they won't go after larger inverts and may snack on some smaller inverts (such as sexy shrimp, small/baby snails and small crabs)?

Are Paracheilinus fairy wrasses in the same reef safe category?
