Tim, love the queen, I had a juvi but had to downgrade and get rid of her along with my emperor and gray angels. Now that I have the room, I wanted to get another queen and emperor. Every adult queen I see always turns solid yellow and looks boring, except the ones in the wild. How big is yours? I'd rather get a queen, but just don't want a solid yellow angel, was considering a blue or townsend instead.

$220 for a Red Sea purple tang back in 1993 when they were the most expensive fish available.
Two years ago I got my Gymnothorax Miliaris for a steal at $180, they mistook him for a meletremus. Haven't seen one on the web for less then $400. |

Thanks everyone
Thanks everyone who has posted to my post. You guys are showing my some very beautiful fish. I really want to see more pictures of the fish and I want to know the price you paid. I live in St. Louis Mo. and it's interresting to see the differance in prices from state to state.
Does anyone have pic's of a banded angel or a blue stripe angel? These are the two fish I'm looking at buying for my center peice. While doing my resource on these two, I can almost say it's not going to be the banded angel. It will cost me about $500 and from what I'v read here, they are hard to get to eat and die. The blue stripeed angel, I have been trying to get some information here on reef central but there's not much information. |

that "pair" of lineatus doesn't look to be a pair. It actually looks like 2 males... can you get a better pic? If it is 2 males one will kill the other since they both look of equal size... Males are aggressive towards each other if held together for a long period of time (1+ month)
banded/bandit angel mean the same 500$ if you buy direct from Hawaii, more if you buy it retail (size matters on these guys - smaller do better but have a higher price tag)
