Hello Randy,
I think my club Secretary, Thorium, is into the same research you are. He did his doctoral thesis working with enzymes.

I tried to make a new detergent ingredient once but enzymes never caught on.
I'm sure Randy is working on something to cure my diabetic kidneys.

I do not believe a huge skimmer is necessary.
I did this with an AquaC HOB that was never very good even with some mods, and saw 0 nitrates. |

I tested 0 nitrates and still had a bit of bryopsis when I started .The algae waned and so did my xenia. So it appears that even with 0 there was obviously still nitrate to go. I used 1ml per 100g per day for four months. I think dosing can reduce nitrates through bacterial scrubbing as long as the skimmer(the primary exporter) and the amount dosing done are balanced so the export can keep up with bacterial growth.

That's funny, my father did his doctoral thesis in physics studying the half life of thorium. I'm sure Randy is working on something to cure my diabetic kidneys. I've got big plans for those kidneys. But drug development is slow. Can you hang in there another 7 years? thanks! and it's really good to see you back on board again! Thanks.
