What tank contoller do I need?

Ok Im trying to research a bit on aquarium controlllers(so its looking like a AC3 is the one to get for me)

Basicly I figured id just ask and see what turns up, so here is what im looking for out of a controller.

Temp control for, ground loop, chiller, fans and heater
ORP control for Ozone
PH control for calc reactor, and kalk
Light timming(for 5 different lights)
Pump timing

and im not sure if any of them have this, but something I could hook up to a few aqua lifters and time them for dosing.

I dont mind having to wire things up, so if there is something cheaper that I would have to wire up relays to thats fine as long as it can monitor and control the switching.

So what do you think will work for me?
