What the h e l l was that supposed to mean??? Do you really have that much time on your hands that you surf RC looking for threads to place your idiotic, worthless comments? I guess your a 1%'er. That's means your the 1% part of RC members that really don't mean squat to anyone else!!!

ATTR, good luck with your new venture man and don't even bother with loosers like this guy. Keep updating this thread as I for one have been keeping up with it.

Keep it going, try to remember why you did this in the first place, and forget about idiots like redox.

redox. but when the frags in my prop tank are growing slower then the ones in my display it gets a lil frustrating. esp when my display uses vhos and im gettting better growth on the bottom of the tank

ps redox. shove it and go make your own thread

btw i was planning on a 6 month turnover rate. which from the growth i saw in my display was doable. but the rate they were growing out side was so slow.

exmple
ora green birdnest. 1 inch growth in display from point of frag. yet the frag has grown not even a 1/16 inch

ohh perty.. but i see a lot of wasted space

and next time if you mean something as a joke put a :P or somthing dumb. cause the two post you did did not seem at all like it was joking ( and my bet is they wernt a joke but im willing to accept that they were if you wanna claim them to be... online wars are stupid. )
anyways. if thats your system its nice but have 1 q/ what is that tank for sitting ontop of the blue vat,, lookslike somthign used in bio diesel .

anyways. fwiw lowering the lights already has knoticable difference on the soft coral tank

Redox, your my hero, such an inspiration, so motivational, how do you do it?? I've searched all my life for friends like you that can lift me up when I'm so down... I hope my kids grow up to be just like you.....Then I'll surely know I have failed.

Joking or not, I bet your not a pillar in your community, just someone out to make extra cash at the expense of everyone....

I have been following this thread, looking for a "clue". I'm new to this, and look forward to learning more about growing frags. At least ATTR has the commitment to teach others about this experience. This way we all grow (pardon the pub) and are better in the end.

man rope rocks! i can easily adjust it and it cost me 2 bucks lol
things seem to be going a lil better. going to start phyto and rotifer cultures soon just need to find the time..
also still need to get my second halide up and running. as well as put actinics on some of the tank.

75 gallon is gonna be set up soon along with some more tanks soon.. i plan on covering ever sq ft of hte place in tanks.

so far no heat issues. havent had to turn on the ac yet.. and we had some hot days this year. the reverse light cycle works great along with the 120 cfm ceiling exaust fan

i tied a knot in the ropes so i can very easily raise and lower the light ( has to be my fav knot. supports alot of weight but only will move if you squeeze it alil.. a lot cheeper and easier then a pully systems and definitly easier then tieing new knots every time.

due to some bleaching on a newly added coral and summer heat i raised my lights back up and am lowering them by 1/4 inch a day so the coral gets used to it

i installed my AC unit today because of the heat. i didnt insulate the room yet but its dfinitly cooling the room

no lps for sale. the acros are all pretty much stags and I am not really selling them because I finnaly found some acros that are fast growers . I am trying to grow whole colonies then I will sell fresh cut frags of those only. I was thinking about trying some ricordias though
Not trying to step on anyones toes, but for some one who doesn't sell anything this is a weird thing to write in your own thread.

A.T.T.R. - sorry for posting junk in your thread. I did want to say that some times it takes a while for a system to fully adjust and get in a good groove to see nice growth results. Since your system is still fairly young I would just give it time and see how things settle out.
