How many ports do I need for my new custom 190g?

The dimensions of my new tank will be 48"x36x25". It will have 1 overflow centered on the back glass with 1 drain and 2 returns. I was wondering how many ports do I need for a closed loop system? Do I need any other ports drilled for anything else? Also, what sizes? TIA

CIMulation - I'm setting up a tank with the same dimensions and decided to go with Vortechs and Tunzes over a closed loop.

Granted, you may not like the look of the powerheads, but I figured that it gave me more flexibility since my tank will be viewable from three sides and I wanted to avoid drilling a bunch of holes in the bottom of the tank.
