Giesemann Moonlight Infiniti

Check that out, not only sunrise/sunset, but Moonrise and moonset, and even the phases of the moon and cloudy days. Like the link you posted this is made by Giesemann

dimable T5 ballast are out there.

another option would be the Elos evo unit.

Pretty sure you can do it with dimable MH ballasts with a profilux.
