Don't have any info on your Wrasse...but try this:
Use the SEARCH feature! I typed in "flasher wrasse" and this is what came up:

Anthony, you might want to consider becoming a "supporting member" of RC. It's pretty cheap, considering all the advice you get...and you get priority to the Search function. I've never had to wait for search since becoming a RC supporter!!!
Good luck!

Search all depends on When you search. 3am and I never have a problem.

Probbaly the most readily avalible species of Flasher is the Carpenter's Flasher's. Many OL retailers carry them. As for captive care, ALL Flasher and Fairy wrasses are jumpers (My solerinsis landed 8' out from the tank last week, in a bowl on the floor. Jumped through an open door on the canopy, quite the thing to see while watching TV LOL). So either cover the tank with Eggcrate (light difuser at Home Despot) or a full canopy as it doesn't take much for them to make it out of the tank. Males that have a similar look (size and/or another flasher species that looks similar) will viciously fight and kill. In a group of females the most dominant, will under go a sex change and become a male.
IMO you are probably better off buying a group of females and letting one under go "the change".

My fairy wrasses eat out of my hand.
