Question regarding automatic feeders??

Can someone please give me some info on automatic feeders? Does anyone know of an automatic feeder that also includes a cooling feature, so that it can keep and automically dispense frozen food?

It appears to be a peltier and a water pump on a timer. Several of us have kicked the idea around but it looks like somebody went ahead and is selling it. One of these days I need to just go ahead and try to sell something that I dream up. They do not look to be available in the US yet.
