I noticed that on the :Aquascaping designs thread, the title had been changed to "former thread of the month ~ Aquascaping designs. Is that something that was forgotten - As I'm pretty sure mine didn't change...

Yes I paid for it. It was part of the bribery package to Doug and Brian. They nominate it, fix the poll, and join my website
