"Calling all young Reefers"

I think that it is terrible that their are a group of people in the thread right now with the only intention to get the thread close.

The people are immature enough to take it off topic and then mock us.

Yet, one of "us" gets banned for trying to stand up for ourselves and stop them from bringing are thread which has gone through thick and thin to an end. So many relationships have been formed through that thread for a whole new generation of reefers, yet the other people find it funny to watch us suffer as they bring it to an end.

Are any of you going to do anything about it?

If you have a problem with a particular post anywhere on the board your best bet is to use the "Report this post to a moderator" link at the lower right hand corner of the post. If there is a violation of the [ua] we will take action. We can't, however, guarantee that your thread will always go as planned.

Cheers

I understand that you can't control how a thread goes. However, while i was reading todays additions to the thread i came accross someone saying that their intention was to get the thread closed. Now, is this right? Sure you can't control what happens in the lounge. But what they are doing is just terrible. Thanks for your time.

So much time and effort has gone into that thread and just so that some people can have 2 hours of fun (amount of time the people have been crashing the thread). It is all going to end because some people thought it would be fun.

If you're certain that's what's going on, your best bet would be to ignore the person and not get worked up about it. Especially if it's in the lounge.

The lounge, it is a silly place.

So we should just allow this thread to get closed? I would greatly appreciate if you would step in and ask that the thread was put back on topic. Before it is sadly closed.

Did you say "on topic" and "lounge" in the same thread?

With all seriousness, could you please do something?

Could you ask it to be returned to normal?

Look. I've looked at reported posts, I've glanced at the thread (it's got over 13000 posts -- I'm not going to read the whole thing) there isn't anything too do. No one is breaking any rules, they're having fun.

It's the lounge

Asking me to help keep it on topic is laughable, it doesn't have a topic it has 1000s of them.

It's the lounge

Your getting angry and responding is more likely to close the thread than any post that I've seen yet. Chill out.

It's the lounge

Just from the last page:
Dinoman - You guys ever going to get around to posting something to get this closed or are we going to have to call in more fire power?

Scubaoz - he was the fourth largest poster here, do I see the end coming?

Dinoman again - I can smell it coming...

Did you read the one that i just reported? Where it is blatant that their intention is to get the thread closed.

It's clear that they are attempting to close it, I think that's wrong

It's the lounge. No one is breaking any rules. You have a couple of choices.

1. Ignore it and have fun with it.
2. Get upset and have it closed.

It's our choice, not theirs at this point. Very soon it will be my choice.
