I learned some...

1) This thread moves so fast that you better be online 24/7 to keep up.
2) Take your rings off before putting your hand in your tank
3) hot pumps & acrylic don't play well together.
4) FTS are rare and far between

See I learned something....

Good work...I see you don't want to be a grasshopper forever eh? Now give me three water changes, one media change, clean your skimmer, and adjust your salinity. Then, and ONLY then, will I impart more wisdom!

I will tell you the theory of the Universe. Well, actually, I will tell you where to find the guy who knows the theory of the Universe. He lives in a trailer somewhere in the Southwest and rides a Harley. But that's all I can tell you now.

My first guess would have been Stephen Hawking but you threw me off with the Harley, trailer and Southwest.

Hey I am back.It snowed like crazy while I was away and I see there has been many posts on some other site that I can't mention on this site for risk of having a letter bomb sent to my house(via dog sled) from nanook maybe.I am not going to read the last 5 or some odd pages(I am a retard remember) so give me a brief up date or pm me so others can read it)Whats up with the tank?I got my wave box but its kind of late to fiddle with it.The weather in NYC was warmer than Montreal, until today when I left.I can tell you it snowed more than a foot here and the temp has dropped(its frikin cold) If you wanted more tunze products that guy on e bay has more.I don't know where he gets it but I can tell you its all brand new.The wave box is new in a box

Steve, the tank loks great water quality wise and th ecorals are all showing that fighting spirit. The PLTA is very large but the color s not great. I am seriously having a hard time feeding it because of that damn sebae clown. I wonder if they taste good?

Which guy is that again on eBay? The last one went for like $400 didn't it?

Well at least I am not spreading any germs, and I never have a problem getting a seat on the bus.

You know Elliot, he might have upgraded by now...

Jonathan,

Wow. I step away from RC for a month, and you almost succeed in starting WW3. It sounds like maybe we're back to at least DEFCON 4.

I truly look forward to the auto frozen feeder. I have been plotting my strategy for one for quite some time now. (It currently involves Lego Mindstorms and something that looks like a Krispy Kreme donut making machine.)

Its fishyman 1203 I think he still has the nano, vortec wireless, tunze stream kits, wavebox and extension. We will have to watch the bids to see weather its worth it.If we don't outbid each other and drive up the price we can get a good deal.I paid $405 for mine. Its still cheaper than Canada $576 here plus %16 tax.

Thanks Steve!

Yeah Ben...things got a little crazy. I hate to be a tease but I do want to build a proper frozen food feeder and I think it can be done.

Note to Self:

It is indeed strange that although the content changes, I seem to be learning the same lessons over and over.

--> Back when I was a baby I learned not to stick my finger in the pile of salt I just made, and stick it in my eye.

--> When I was a pre-teen, I learned not to get shampoo on my hands and then rub my eyes.

--> When I was a teenager, I learned not to siphon from a gas tank that has a mixture of aeronautical fuel and toluene.

--> When I was in my twenties I learned not to get wasabe in my nose.

--> When I was in my thirties, I learned not to get hot sauce on my hands and touch my face.

--> And now in my forties, I just learned not to apply Tiger Balm and then go to the bathroom.

Long time until my wife told me to wash myself. I said, "You've got to be kidding" and she responded, "Do you want to be up all night?"

It is water soluble.
