Gift idea for organic food loving parents?

I need some tips... they don't want/need any gadgets or sweets, the only thing I can think of is that they're health nuts. Any suggestions? Is there a flax seed pie? Whole grain fruit cake? Bran frosting?

No, you're not. No one has ever tried fruitcake until they've tried my mom's. It's moist and yummy... and when you bite into it, you get a mouthful of rum. You can't complain too much when something has that much alcohol in it

How about a "grow your own mushroom log?" They can be grown in the kitchen, and they are tasty!
I have grown the shiitake from these guys http://www.gmushrooms.org/Mushroom%20Logs.htm

They have truffle oils and many other things as well.

Chia pets are cool too! :P

Actually, I think the mushroom blocks are a great idea.

I cook with mushrooms a lot and actually though about buying one, once.

I saw a show once that had one of the mushroom block farms undeground, neat stuff.
