Blue Zoo Is Horrible!
You Guys Are Horrible~!!!
Mark, Adrienne, etc... The whole staff at BLUEZOO IS [profanity] HORRIBLE! I placed an order on the 22nd of April, for over $460 bucks on their website and nothing, it wasn;t until I emailed them that they informed me they didn';t have the items in stock! It is now the 30th pushing may 1st and I haven't heard a single word from them since the 26th, about my order. I called them on Friday they said they'd call me back and still nothing. No call back nada, but my money is gone hmmmm. Great doing buisness with you guys!! I am calling my credit card company on Monday if my order isn't exactly what I ordered to a T and delivered Tuesday. This is BS The items were supposedly in stock on your website and I was cool with waiting a week, but then to no even give me the courtesey of a call back or a heads up?? seemed like nice folks to me too
But I don't need more friends atleats not for $460 what I need is my livestock order promptly and with good service, something they just can't seem to deliver.

I'm surprised to hear that. The communication was constant from Mark whenever I have dealt with them and he has really gone above and beyond to take care of me on numerous occasions. It makes me wonder if maybe something is wrong.

When I first ordered online, I thought all was smooth. Then no call, and then when I contacted them it was ok we really don;t have it in stock like we said. Then I was very patient and said ya know what when you get it in let me know. Now its nearly 8 days later, with no time schedule and after calling them Friday and being promised a call back, then nothing. I am super [profanity] not for nearly 500 bucks of coral n fish. A terrible vendor, I had better response time with Saltwaterfish of all places!

something is not right here i just got my best order of fish from them ,and delt with mark ,i am calling tomorrow to place another order and will mention this to mark

I emailed him again, haven't heard from him since the 26th, and was promised a call back "in an hour or so" from bluezoo, and nada. I am making these statements cause I feel 8 days is more then enough when you supposedly have the item in stock online. sorry my experience has been bad nothing positive to say.

Mark from Blue Zoo called me today, was very apologetic and sincere about the problem, and it appears he's doing his best to correct this mistake. I am hopeful that this week I will recieve my products and the nice upgrades he offered for this debacle. We shall see how it turns out.

Hey guys
Mark called me today, had a great conversation with him. He's a real respectable guy. I learned something about their buisness I didn't know. They specialize in setting up commercial and residential aqauriums, well mostly commercial. I didn;t know this, and I learned alot about the aqaurium trade from Mark. He's a good guy with a real penchance to helping his customers. I have not recieved my order yet but its pending this scribbled angel which turns out is difficult to get after all, something I knew but not to what extent. I am working with him, and he is doing his best. I wanted to clarify to say I am happy with the support I have gotten, Mark has personally assured me if I need anything further to call him directly. I am really pleased and just awaiting confirmation on my angel. Just keeping you guys in on this debacle and its turning out very positive.

Well I got the order, Mark worked very hard on the order, he threw in some nice stuff, ie: marshall island crab, large birdsnest, acrylic cleaner, and food, however the two milles are browned out, the monti seems to not be opening its polyps, but other corals I got, from a fellow reefer look amazing. I am hard pressed to complain about Mark, he's a good guy, very helpful, but I am not exactly amazed with the products, but for the price the sizes are very good. I did however never get my purple tang nor my scribbled, I am waiting my refund.
