jjackson warning!

A word of warning on the seller jjackson.

Back on April 10. 2007 I agreed to purchase an anmeone from jjackson that he had advertised on this thread here:

http://archive.reefcentral.com/forum...readid=1093614

Sadly he missed several shipping dates where he promised to ship the nem to me with a different excuse every time. I was patient since one of the excuses was being sick and I had to leave town for a few days for business.

Then he stopped replying to PM's until I brought it out publicly on the board that he deal was going south.

At that time he finally responded on May 3 he would refund my money and still ship me the anemone when he got the chance and his life settled down. I said thanks but no thanks I just want my money refunded. He said fine that he would do it that night.

Well 4 days later and many excuses I still do not have the refund and he still hasn't responded to Pm's or a paypal dispute filed. He also will not respond directly to me on the forums.

For anyone thinking of doing business with him just watch yourself and make sure the deal is in person.

Oh geez now imagine that, his PayPal account is empty when the case is decided against him!

Guess I'll never see that money!

Hey jjackson I hope you don't show your head around here anytime. I'll definitely be watching and alerting others!

Not much could be done. He is ignoring emails and PM's and did not respond to Paypal when they ruled against him.

He still regularly logs in here but won't post. I guess he is hoping that over time it will be forgotten.

Funny how he is building a new 240 tank has time to move and sell another tank but couldn't take five minutes to log onto paypal and do a refund!

One word comes to mind.... dare I say thief!

It is mind boggling to say the least James. I have PM'ed you before just like you asked in the is thread:

http://archive.reefcentral.com/forum...readid=1103973

However you have ignored all of my previous PM's and paypal still says you haven't had any money in your account since they ruled against you back in May. So I'll pm you one more time and just maybe you will respond to it and refund me the $115 dollars you kept.

I'll just keep at it untill I get my money back, kind like whack a mole!
