Yes I feed my Geo with a sedra 700 right now... But it's a custom 848... I think that any pump hitting between 1.5-3X the system volume should do the trick.

Thanks for the reply. Using you flow reccomendation, I could get away with a MJ1200.

Anyone else using a feed pump on their skimmer?

does anyone use GEO media reactors for carbon, phosphate or other. If so how do you like it?

I bought one but never got around to hooking it up before my plans changed
They are really nice units but also large so they are probably better suited for a larger tank. Here is a pic of the model I had which was the larger size of the two he offered at the time. Its feed by an Eheim pump and has a control valve to control the flow on the reactor.
