How strong is the pulsing? Is it very noticeable like xenia or more subtle?

It's more subtle than xenia but in low flow conditions it's very noticeable.

The pics in the mag are of the "other" PS. The one you have is the Calfo variety. Unless I'm seeing the color incorrectly.

I have some extra Joe's juice if you want to get rid of that aiptasia. A full bottle came with a tank I recently bought.

Paul I'll pass on the JJ but thanks for the offer. I just added some skunk cleaner shrimp and I'm getting a Klein's butterfly so I hope that'll slow them down.
bookfish I got the original frag from Solitaryensis (Theo) and he called it "Bookfish pulsing sinularia".I do think the color in the pic is a little off in the tank it appears a little brownish/redish.

Bookfish Red PS bottom left.
Calfo Tan PS bottom right (a little farther away and somewhat blocked as this is an end shot). And I DON"T have an algae problem and I DON"T want to talk about it! -Jim ps. let me know if you need the Calfo morph, it's fun having the complete set! |
