crocea looking sick

he had a peice of white tissue hanging off his shell at the top by the blue tissue, the blue tissue in that area was sucked in to his body, but the rest looked normal. is there any white tissue under the blue by the opening? i just added a magnificent foxface, could he be nipping at him?
