How about an Acrylic only forum?

Hey mods how about it. To me it only makes sense. I do not know what percentage of tank owners have acrylic tanks but I would venture a guess around 20-25%. And then I think of the remaining 75-80% a large majority of them have either owned acrylic tanks are thought about owning acrylic tanks. It seems that every day there are a bunch of threads asking the following:

1- Acrylic or glass
2- Removing scratches
3- Best acrylic MFG
4- Removing coralline from acrylic
5- How to make an acrylic sump
6- Where to buy acrylic sheets
7- Can I glue acrylic to glass and vice a versa
8- What to use to glue acrylic
9- Will this fish or invert scratch my acrylic
10- Acrylic safe cleaning tools
11- How thick of acrylic should I use to build _______

And so on and so forth.

This could be a forum where acrylic tank owners could go and get answers to all of their questions and to learn the tricks and successes of keeping acrylic tanks from experienced acrylic tank owners.

Ok RC, this is going to take more then just me making a suggestion, so make sure to chime in and give your opinion on my suggested forum.

possibly you could split up the DIY into a few diff. sections....

1.Acrylic
2.Electrical
3.everything else

In this hobby you basically have to be a jack of all trades.

Pros for different DIY forums:
1. Good information will be easier to find.
2. The same topic wont be brought up as often
3. questions can be more specific.
3. Questions can be answered more accuratly(basically if I am in an Acrylic thread...more then likely acrylic guru's are hanging out in there as well.)
4. Questions will be answered faster (associated with #3)

------------------------
Possible DYI splits.

1. Acrylic
2. Electrical
3. Wood Working
4. Plumbing
5. Everything else

Actually 3 and 4 don't normally work that way. The more specific you make the focus, the less traffic the post sees and the fewer responses. There are many posts that "die on the vine" in the DIY and Lighting/Equipment forums because they just don't see the traffic that this forum does.

Beerguy, you do not think an acrylic only forum would be a major draw?
