What kind of overflows are people using for 10g?

Like the title says...I've heard that drilling a 10g is kinda hit and miss as far as the tank cracking. BUT, I'm not a fan of u-tube or traditional hob overflows.

So what is everyone that has a 10g with a sump doing for their overflow?

I broke my 1st one I drilled. But the second one came out great.
Bulk head on left and right.

I think I broke it because of the massive size hole, I was trying to make for the drain bulk head.
