Salt Change Question

I have heard many different opinions about this and I searched about and couldn't find any good info.

Here is the question: I want to switch from Instant Ocean to Red Sea Coral Pro because I am starting to get more and more corals. Now is that a no-no or can I use Red Sea in my biweekly water changes, what do you guys say.

Why not just use reef crystals made by instant ocean? I switched from instant ocean to reef crystals with know problems at all. Just silacates, but my RO/DI system will fixed that.
