acro & crab

i have a couple of acro colonies and i have seen some little crabs on them latly. th ething is that my bright green acro is getting brown were the little crab spend most of the time. is he irritating the coral. also are they good at all in short or long term.

No you more than likely have an acro crab, they have a symbiotic relationship with the coral and do housekeeping duties, you will rarely if ever see it leave the coral unless someday a nicer coral is parked next to it they will jump ship during the night....you know the old saying...the grass is greener on the other coral....ha ha..fence jumper..
