Testing Checklist

Hi All,

I was wondering if there was anyone out there that has a nice format they use for a testing checklist. Something that includes dates and times of tests. I thought this would be a good forum to post this question in. I started one on my computer but thought the more experinced might have something better I could use. I plan on being very organized in my new hobby and would like to set up something to follow. This would allow me to follow trends in my system including seasons, times, equipment. I'm open to anything you guys and gals have! Thanks.
