I need heaters
Anyone have any heaters laying around? I am looking for the old Ebo Jager heaters (not the green ones) or some titanium ones. 200 watt or more. I could use up to four of them. Let me know what you got and how much. I can also trade frags if you are interested.

I have a 2000W 240W heater if you want .. That's not a typo. It is 2000W ... It needs a new controller though..

Sounds good Lord! Thanks!
Phong, I think a 2000W is a little much for my use. The 240 sounds nice though. What type is it?

I'd do the same thing - add several smaller wattage TITANIUM heaters just in case one fails. I assume you are using a temperature controller with those and not relying on the faulty controllers they almost always come with. Yeah, Ebo Jager are the best heaters but the built-in themostat is still not as reliable as a digitial temperature controller (IMHO). Renco are my favorite controllers since they are NEMA enclosed and relatively cheap. Look for used or good buys (unlress you're wholesale).
PS Currently using a aquacontroller with DC8 on my tank. Scott |

Yeah I have a controller. I like the Jagers just because they use Pyrex and they can be calibrated.
