question about microbubbles?

Hey guys and gals I have a question about microbubbles I got home from work today and notice my tank was full of microbubbles. My skimmer was acting up, its corrected now. though I noticed that a tricolor acro seems to have lost tissue at the bottom on one or two branches can microbubbles do that? seems like red bug bite marks. wierd. I hope I don"t have those bugs again. marks were not there two days ago. please need a answer. Thanks.

doubt if the bubbles caused the issue, but the tissue loss could have caused the skimmer to act up. if i have something die, it causes my skimmer to act up for a day or so. just my thoughts

take a turkey baster and lightly blow off the bottom of your acros with air bubbles underthem. Yes, they can die where a big air bubble is trapped.

I agree with bobbet43, check to make sure there is nothing that is causing the flesh loss. If there are bubbles there get them off and see if it persists.
