The tangs seem to be pretty happy. I will be upgrading to a larger tank in the future.

The tank is about 8 months old. The first sps frag was added about 6 months ago. Most of the hard corals have been added in the last 4 months. I had some ricordea during the cycle that did great. Most of my zoas have been in since the begining as well.

Thank you for the compliments. I tried to keep this tank simple. A nice sized fuge, live rock and a phosban reactor for filteration.

Nice tank. It may be a b*tch to get the tangs out when they grow bigger and you'll have to screw with the SPS and remove rock just to get them out.

I plan on up grading in 6 or 7 months. I would like to have a tank that is 62" long and use nothing but t5s for lighting. I will have to pull the 37 gallon apart anyways. so my tangs will go in the new tank when it is set up.

thanks icepick96. My return pump is a mag 5. With 4' head pressure it moves around 350 gph. I also have a maxi jet 900. I tried the mod but it caused a sand storm.

I drilled a hole in the back right corner of the overflow and siliconed a bulkhead with a 90 in it then. Hard to explain. I will take some pics later tonight and post them tomorrow.

I found this older pic. It might be 5 months old. You can sort of see the 90 elbow in the top right corner. It isnt bad looking now that it has some coraline on it. Before it was an eyesore.
