Berghia Nudibranch Group Buy?

I called saltyunderground today and they said they would make a sweet deal for us.

If we can get a group order of 30 or more Berghia Nudibranch's they will ship the overnight for free at the price of $14 apiece for them.

thats the cheapest I have found anywhere. If the 30 is not met, then shipping is $25.

I was also informed that they would resume shipping after the 4th of January.

Anyone interested?

How large is your tank ?? From what I read about them you should really have a TON of aiptasia for them to eat, otherwise they will just starve and die very shortly after eating the aiptasia... I thought you only had a nano, in which case I would guess you dont have enough aiptasia to need these....

On their website they say:

"If you only have a few aiptasia, we do not recommend using Berghia. They may starve before they can find all of the aiptasia in your tank. We recommend using Berghia for a moderate to heavy aiptasia problems only."

I'm not saying this trying to be mean or anything, I would just hate to have everyone buy them because they have a "handful" of aiptasia and the things just end up dying...

I do have a 14 gallon nano, however I just set up a 10 gallon tank, with live rock covered in aiptasia I got for free that is gonna be used as a pod factory for my scooter blenie, and my 14 gallon tank has alot of baby aiptasia. I'm going to be getting more live rock thats covered in aiptasia in some 5 gallon buckets to cycle that I will swap out for the nudi's.

They wount starve :-) and when the aiptasia's are eaten up i'll just give the nudi's away to another reefer to keep the cycle going.

I am defintely interested. Those damn aptasia are becomming a big time plague in my system. I was hoping my mitratus butterfly would take interest in them but apparently he doesn't care for them.
