Compatible
I have a 29 gallon with a Coral Banded Shrimp and a Fridmani Psudo. I'd like to get a Mandrin to eat my Red Flatworms and pods coming from my fuge, but is it safe w/ the shrimp and Psudo?

The manadarin will starve to death in a tank that size (they eat pods). Six-line wrasses eat flatworms (sometimes) and would be compatible with your current tank inhabitants. However, the 6 lines can become territorial and aggressive.
I got rid of my flatworms by continuosly siphoning the little b@$t@rd$ with a piece of airline tubing when doing water changes and using Flatworm Exit. |

My tank is well established w/ 50lbs of LR and the refugieum. You think the Mandrin will still starve? I already have a 6 Line Wrasse in my other tank so I did not want another in this tank.

Usually "they" say not to put a mandarin in anything smaller than an established tank 75 gallons or larger due to the amount of live rock needed to keep a booming pod population to support the mandarin. Though it sounds like you have a nice set-up I'd be hesitant to add the mandarin.
