I agree BAN his IP, he already blew his 1, 2, 3, 4, ...... 12 chance. How many people do you have to screw to get banned?

Look at his user id now it has "Moved On" under it.
The mods here can only do so much on this within their control. It seems like a few people have taken a off site route to help get it taken care of.
I was lucky enough to stall a few days on sending mine and then saw all of this get posted. Hope everyone gets it worked out in the end.

Like I have stated before and as Mike said, we can only do so much. You are basically on the honor system here. Once in a great while someone will get totally out of control and we will step in, but for the most part you are on your own. Use good judgment on who you deal with. Check their selling history. Check their posting history. Check their time with RC.
