BWARE MATTHEWMC !
I tried to buy skimmer off this guy. No item was ever sent. I paypaled him on 07/20/06. I made numerous phone calls and e-mails. Each time an excuse was given. I got constant assurances item would be shipped. No luck. NEVER buy from him. If you do a little research it appears that this is not his real name and the phone number on his e-mail responses does not register to where it says. Hope this helps someone else. It's too late for me.

I tried to buy a four light Tek t-5 fixture from this dude!

I paid him on 07/18/06. I sent him several e-mails after a week went by with no light. I eventually got his number and was promised delivery. It was his wife’s fault blah blah blah.

Another lie.

I emailed and called him several more times.

I finally contacted him today, and was told again that it was sent and would be here today. When I asked for a tracking number he made an excuse and got off the phone.

Another lie!

HE has burned me and hurt the relationship all RC members enjoy. Hope this helps some one else he may try to prey on!

I think you can contact paypal and they will get the money back. I have heard of it being done. Good luck.

I was reading in another similiar type thread where an item was paid for but never shipped. A phone call was made to the thief's hometown police dept - a full refund was received within a week after that.

I'll try and find the thread and post the link.

Do a Google search on that user name and post a reply on all the forums that match ( Matthewmc), there might be another board he/she visits, that is how the above thread did.

WOW that was somethin else i am so glad that dude got his money back i'd love to see it made a sticky somewhere!
Beware some of this might be the same guy under a different name. Obviously he found out people were monitering him (kingspade) and he might have cuaght on and changed his name!
