Phytoplankton

I have seen pictures of people who grow their own phytoplankton. I have looked on the internet and haven't found a way to start growing my own. Does anybody have any suggestions?

theres also a ton of info on www.talkingreef.com . theres several video podcast, and audio podcast. theres lots of info on their forums for the individual podcast.
