Short polyp flowerpot?

is there a thing called "Short polyps flowerpot"?

I saw a red polyps on something like monti specie but my LFS told me that it is a short polyps flowerpot???

Sounds like an encrusting Gonipora to me. The polyps are much shorter on the encrusting species
