White elephant gift exchagne

Just happended at work.

I picked CLUE first, which was cool, because I like board games and don't have that one.

then of course someone stole it and what did I pick next??

A crappy, one of the most hideious looking candle lamps I have ever seen. And it big, like the size of a table lamp.

I am very particular about items in my house and I couldn't even regift this janky lookin thing wihout feeling bad let alone bring it through my theshold....

Put it on Ebay. In the description, use words like Distinctive, Unique, Very Rare, Vintage, Centerpiece, European...

I got a fruit clock. The thing is I traded for it. It was one of those blind pick a gift parties. When I got up there I figured I'd go for the odd shaped package just because I was curious. You know what they say about curiosity. I took it back to the table and as everyone watched I opened a pillow shaped like lips. Its hard to believe I traded to get the clock but considering what I picked you would understand.

I got Curve (for men) aftershave. It smells like feet. I brought a gift I got last year (some ugly painting). I just wiped off the mildew/mold from the box which was sitting in the basement for a year.

Happy Holidays!
