They never ring the bell, they just drop and fly. That is why I always have them hold it at the facility for pickup. Fast service, but poor I think. Did you contact Liveaquaria?

I have the same problem with fedex here in Chicago. Half the time the guy doesn't ring my bell, but he doesn't leave it inside the building either (by buzzing someone else to let him in) so i have to go pick it up even though I am sitting at home waiting for the package to be delivered. It's nice that liveaquaria was helpful at least

I think the title of this thread is a good indication of that.

Now where did LiveAqua ship from? There California warehouse or there Wisconsin warehouse?

One thing I always did when shipping fish was ship them through the US postoffice to my PO box. Most cases it was overnight and the people at the post office would call me that my parcel had shown up.

Unless I was able to ship direct air and then I knew what flight it was comming in on at the airport so I was there waiting for them. Anything comming in from overseas went Direct Air with a middleman in LA to walk them through Customs and transfer them to a domestic flight afterwards.

To bad most online dealers do not offer options like that. Especially in the winter months.
