help emergency!!chalice problem??

to make it quick i got a echinopora on last fri its about the size of a helmet o some kind the problem is that its s t ning(slow tssue necrosis)in two spots the size of a quarter the rest looks healthy but it seems to be getting bigger!!!do i wait and watch or do i frag this thing now and not take a chance?anyone w experiance w this please give me some thaughts or ideas ?
