How long must I keep the fish out of the tank in order to be sure all the ich is gone? Thanks

6-8 weeks i perfer 8 just to be sure

I prefer 8 weeks as the velvet parasite has a longer life span than ich.
Make sure you have not added anything (rock, inverts, corals) to the fallow tank during this period. |

if you add corals, ick could "ride along" on the coral, the rock it is attached to.

Anything wet can introduce pathogens/parasites into the tank.
Everything wet should be quarantined Before adding it to the display tank. |

IF YOU GET SOME KICK ICH ITS REEF SAFE SO YOU DONT HAVE TO GO THREW ON SEPERATING EVERYTHING AND DESTROYING YOU ROCK WORK TO GET FISH OUT
