pc or t5 lights?

I'm going to upgrade my lights and I'm looking at current products. Its between the nova extreme t5 4x39, or the current pc 2x96. What are your thoughts as to which one is a better product. 36" light fixture

spend the extra $ and get an aquactinics, tek, or ati t-5 fixture.
