This acan is beginning to be my favorite as of late. Here it is again, with a little more green coloration on it. I also am starting to see a tad bit of orange coloration that will not show up on the pic.

I accepted this polyp as part of a little polyp rescue from a local reefer. He didn't have the time to allow it to fully recover, so he GRACIOUSLY GAVE it to me for FREE!!! It is my first shot at an LPS none the less. The first pic is the day I put it into my tank on 4/22/05...the second and third pic are exactly one week later...What a difference a week makes!

Duce and Jen, my guess is still that those are australomussas. I am actually scheduled to hack one up this week for someone, same exact color and everything and I'll poke around and see if I can find any distinguishing characteristics to help us in the ID.

Actually it looks a lot like a small colony of Acan Bowerbanki.

RandyO, Is that OC? Looks good, do you have a colony or you finally got the frags?

Duce, Jen - that is beautiful

Hey guys. been out of the acan scene for a little bit to spend all my pennies on my upgrade tank. but I managed to pick up a couple along the way.
