For sale, trade, and free!

I have a 20gal freshwater tank with 2 South American puffers and a couple other fish. The puffers are the only ones that can live with community fish. The tank also has a AquaClear 110 filter, hood, and misc. fish stuff.

I'm looking for around $80 for everything. I have way more money put into it, but I don't have time for two tanks. It would make a great first tank for someone, it requires very little matience.

Plus I have a Atlantic Blue Tang that I will trade for some coral. It's a great tang, just out of quarintine for a month and a half. I decided that he is going to need more room than I have at the moment.

Also I have a red and yellow striped pipefish that I am giving away to the first person that can give it a good quarintine treatment. It eats like a horse! haha

He had ick...it's gone but he is still looking a little rough. I don't know if he eats flatworms...I don't have any for him to try and eat. He does try to eat anything that moves though. Even peppermint shrimp. He never could get his mouth wide enough to get the peps though. lol Even after 3 months of trying.

Anything interesting and small as far as corals go and no SPS, I don't have the lighting for it to do well.

The puffers are freshwater. Sorry for not including that in the post. They do not nip other fish though. They get along with anything but ghost shrimp and really tiny feeder fish. They eat those! =)

lol yeah I've seen the freshwater puffers look like neon green circles on them. LFS keeps saying they are agressive though.

nope they're not aggressive. I had 2 of them about 4 years ago. They actually remind me of dogs, the way they swim up to you all happy like lol. And if you've got a snail problem in your freshwater tank...these are the fish to get. I had a humongus snail outbreak from some plants and these guys cleared it in about a week. Thats actually why i got them but i ended up keeping them cuz they were so cool.

I also had one of those fw dwarf puffers (or bb puffers i've heard them called). He might have been a whole half inch long....the SA puffers were probably 2 inches long but the little guy was boss lol. The SA's are completely friendly (judging by the way mine were)

How big is the pipefish? They need less flow than most tanks, but i've got a tank set up right now that is actually just right for pipefish (only i dont have any...) and its not completely cycled yet...

As long as it's something colorful.

No one has been specific.

I already have pink pulsing xenia, bright orange zoos, and armageddon like zoos.

I would love like one head of something that will eat. =)

I would go for zoos or xenia if it is something interesting.

I have seen Jay's tanks many times and you would not be dissappointed with anything he has to trade.

I would like to negotiate for the puffers and any other comunity like fresh water fish that you have, no plant eaters please. They would go into a planted 90 gallon I've got going.

I would like to get rid of the whole 20gal setup together. Unless you want to pay like $40 for the fish...which I doubt you do. The puffers are really hard to come by, especially without ick! I had to buy mine covered in ick and it took 4 months to get them healthy. They were worth it though, i've had them almost 3 years!

ya my puffers pair alone was like 40 bucks and thats when they were just little babies. So maybe a half inch long? The ones he's got are prolly a good 2 inches at least? Thats how big mine were.

I've got some LPS and softies I could frag and some equipment I don't need. What are you looking for, and what is a aquaclear 110 rated for?

Here are some zoos I will trade for the AB tang.
X-men 4-5 polyps purple w/ orange skirt (BAD PIC)

or
I can easily cut a frag from this colony

or
I would be willing to trade this whole colony in the uper right corner. Its bigger than a baseball.

LMK witch you are willing to trade for.

The 110 is rated for 110 gallons. Way too big for the 20g...but hey...it keeps it completely clean! haha

Let me know what you have for LPS I could do part trade part cash no problem. =)
