shrimp in refugium?

We started up a refugium about 2 mos ago and have Chaetomorpha & Calpera growing rapidly. There are lots of pods down there now and we wondered if any of you have Peppermint Shrimp in your fuge.

Please reply back to let us know if it worked out well or if they ate all the pods. It would be interesting to have several and then see them reproduce - then we could add them to the main tank. We did have 3, but our Dusky Jawfish ate them.

Comments??

Bad planning.

But generally yes, they will eat what they can get their hands on.
