Best Food To Feed

Ive been feeding my fish Frozen Brine and Nori. I know i should be feeding a more varied diet so what do you think would be the best food i have:

Clown Tang
1x Percula Clown
Clown Goby
Scooter Blenny
Blue Damsel
Humbug Damsel

Any thoughts on Ocean Nutrition i heard its good for the fish and doesn't cloud the water, any thoughts?

The "best" food to feed would be a variety of all sorts of foods. There's really no single food that's the absolute best. If you're debating between frozen and dry foods, I'd definitely go frozen. You can also get some items from your local grocery store's seafood counter. Some good things to get would be (all raw, of course): shrimp, clams, silversides, mysis, Cyclop-Eeze, Oyster Eggs, and any other raw meaty seafood items that might have good nutritional value that I forgot to mention. I'd also add red, green, and brown marine algae sheets (probably one of the few dry things I'd use), broccoli florets, spinach, turnip greens, and maybe some peas (green peas, chick peas, I dunno..) if you have any veggie eaters, like tangs and angels. The only other items I'd consider adding might be a little miced garlic or pure garlic powder, and some liquid vitamins like Zoe.

I'm sure I forgot some stuff. But again, there's nothing like a homemade meal, for both you or your aquatic buddies. Just look around, and you'll find lots of great ideas for making your own foods. It may take an hour or two to really make it, but once it's all made it should last you a while. And it might save you a bit, too, by not buying expensive pre-made foods.

I mox my own from nori, hatched brine, cyclop, palet, garlic, mysis, silverside, phytoplankton... but good know rodsfood, will see the price, the ingridents seems good.

I agree with mrspiffy , variety is the key.
Drop the brine shrimp they have very little nutritional value ,you would be better off with mysis shrimp. You might want to check out "cyclop-eez" good stuff for smaller fish.
Nothing wrong with quality flake food either.

They'd love it even better if you made your food with mysis instead of brine. Trust me, they're much higher in nutritional value than brine.

but use flake food with cautious, too much flake leftover will spike your nitrate. make sure fish consume it all, I personally never use flake food in my salt water.. just my 2 cents

I have used Rod's food for a couple of month's, the corals love it, the fish love it. I don't seem to have the red Cyano issues I had with other foods.

I tried making my own food once. My wife had this little food processor, chopped everything up nice and fine, froze it into little cubes. The fish seemed OK with it, nothing spectacular. A couple weeks later, we noticed this unusual smell in our kitchen. I t went on for several days, before I finally tracked it down to on if the cabinets. I opened it up and pulled out the food processor, opened it, and the most awful, disgusting vomit-inducing smell wafted out. Once we composed ourselves, I realized I hadn't cleaned the inside of the food processor quite as well as I should have, and there was rotted seafood stuck inside. Needless to say, that food processor was never used again.
