Loved all those pics, especially the colour on the candy cane and red lobo. We dont get the blasto's or the colour variey on Acans you guys enjoy. Got 2 Acan lords myself but we have to pay through the nose for them (£80-£90) a colony (4 to 5"). I have a stunning hammer coral and a lovely alveopora but I think my favourites have to been the brain corals.

This has become my favorite thread! Make sure everyone rates it.

It would be great for the LPS gang to get some thread of the month attention!

Here is my Cyanaria, I think it is pretty cool. Whenever I feed the fish it inflates around the mouth with its feeding tentacles out.

Hi sarah, mine are welsophyllia radiata aka trachaphyilla (sp), they are very rare over here in the U.S but some dealers carry them. They are just rare morphs.

Thanks!

No. I run a pretty good sized skimmer, 100 micron polyester filter pads, rowaphos, a ton of carbon, and ozone occasionally. I don't use any macro algae, but I have an unlit sump with cooked live rock in it (an experiment). The filtration is pretty aggressive.

NAKA obviously your LPS enjoy the BB, any secrets. I would like to set-up a LPS dominate tank that is BB for the easy maintenance aspect. My favorite LPS are scolymia, hammers & frogspawn, bubbles, and blasto's.

Also I eventually would like to have a multi-colored dwarf angel, would that work with LPS.

No secret here Jeff. I target feed my LPS about 2 times a week and watch them swell up like balloon next day. Lot of corals suffer from their tank inhabitants. Dwarf angels especially likes to pick at scolys and brain corals.

Thanks,

James
