frogspawn with multiple mouths?

what does this mean? is it going to split ? how? it has about 6 mouths and it really isn't extending its tentacles like it did before.
also, every once in a while it will lost the tip of its tentacle and I see it floating around the tank, what does that mean?

It probably means it's developing a split. Froggy's don't grow really fast, so it's hard to spot changes like that sometimes. I wouldn't worry about the broken tentacles too much.. might mean too much flow for where the coral is. What can be a problem, is if it lands on another coral, it may cause problems.
