Best way to frag zoos

I have a huge rock of zoos that id like to frag. Can i just chisel the rock or is there some thing special i need to do? What works best?

Remove rock from tank, place on hard surface. Find old flat-head screwdriver... Get hammer... Whackity-whack-whack! Wear Eye protection (and gloves wouldn't hurt either - Zoanthids have some nasty stuff in them!)

With Zoa's, because they grow so fast, I've found it easier sometimes to just place pieces of rock/rubble around the edges of the colony (or on top, sometimes). Within a matter of weeks, the coral has begun growing onto the rubble, and I then remove it from the colony. Give the 'frag' a few days to heal over, and voila! Instant frag.
