I changed the water, still rid myself of red bugs. I don't see a reason to leave it in there any longer than it takes to kill the bugs ... so I'm all for the w/c.

mixed_reefer ... I meant to say that I dosed per Dustin's original recommendation, followed through with water changes as stated there [actually, changed more water].
Since that time, a few years ago, it seems like using much higher doses and skipping the water changes have become something people talk about/try a lot.

I mean to say I'd just stick to the usual dose, the water changes, if I infected my tank with red bugs again.

whats the interceptor dosage for 50g totall volume? i just saw the bugs on 2 of my corals i got from a local. good thing i got the interceptor from my vet.

I have a 23mg interceptor pil how much should i use?
