polyp extension

What are the major contributors to lack of polyp extension besides fish nipping,thanks,mike.

redbugs, flow, light, crabs, fish. I think I covered them all. Oh, I forgot to say AEFW's(Acro Eating Flat Worms).

I would say more than any of the others mention it would be salinty, alk, ca, and phosphates. I would test those and post the resuts.

I would tend to agreed that poor or no polyp extension is due to poor water quality.

Hi guys i know my phosphate is up so i put in a bag of phosban and everything looks better im a little worried about running it all the time, should i be,also here are my other parameters
alk 8.0
mg 1320
cal 420
no3 0
sal 1.025 thanks,mike
