Too Much??

is this package of clean up crew too much for a 4 year established 90gal reef?? Especially too much to add all at one time??

click me

most of my clean up crew has died off over the years and im finally starting to get my cyano problem under control, i just need new stuff to clean it up. If its too much do u think i should split it up with my other tank? any suggestions would be great.

If it was me - I would feel *very* uncomfortable at night with 50 hermit crabs in a 90gal...

IMO..you dont need half the stuff they are giving you...2 or 3 sand sifting stars would be nice to have to clean up the bottom...6-7 turbo snails would be great too and adding in hermits(10-15) and ceriths(10-15) would be good because the will multiply if your parameters are good...turbos get big but just bring them back to the LFS and replace them...crabs are iffy so have enough extra shells around so they dont go after snails...you dont really need much

Conchs are fine.

I'd say no to any sandsifting star (they starve after eating your sand bed), and no to mexican red leg hermits (get scarlets instead)

20 - Mexican Turbo Snails Holy cow, I had 4 of them and they kept damaging SPS and glued down LPS. I threw them suckers in the fuge a long time ago. With 20 I am sure my tank would look like a war zone.
