No personal experience but based on other things I've read their reputation is poor. Like I said though, I'm just repeating something I read so take it with a grain of salt I guess : ) Good luck!!!

I remember some post where someone commented that their name aquaCON was an appropriate one...

yeah, there have been numerous posts in various threads about how awful that company is. Then again, people don't usually don't post when they are satisfied with an order, but I guess that's why online vendors need to stay on top of their customer service issues.

you can't go wrong with liveaquaria.com, especially Diver's Den, the WYSIWYG stock that is shipped from their Rhinelander, WI facililty. I have seen it and their QT and health programs are first rate, IMO. excellent guarantee, customer service.

if I were you, though, I'd wait until the weather is milder across the US. Lots more chances for problems with packaged getting chilled or held up because of weather delays.

Check out the Vendor Experiences forum, there is a lot of good information on peoples' experiences with different sellers there.

never ordered myself, but have not heard good things.

"in stock" items tend not to be among other things

I've also heard many people complain about them. Heard the word CROOK many many times.

You may want to do a search on them with the RC search button.
